In the quiet hours of the night, when anxiety refused to let me rest, I began to scratch — to rayar. Not out of destruction, but survival. It was a necessity.
My “Rayones” were never a studied technique. They were a physical response to inner noise — the line trembling before it becomes form. Truthfully, I do not know how to draw cleanly. And I never wanted to.
Self-taught and instinct-driven, I built a visual language where sketches, watercolors, airbrush, mixed media, and digital paper-cuts collide with geometric structures — without predetermined order. Chaos becomes composition. Breath returns.
At the center of every portrait are the eyes — always discovered differently in each piece. I do not replicate photographs; I interpret their essence.
Today, this journey has crossed borders — from families to brands and Korean studios — bringing the “Rayones” aesthetic into cinema posters.
To scratch the canvas is, for me, to breathe.
If you feel that connection, I would be honored for you to be part of this gallery.
